Virginia Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide direct patient care in infusion therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-person infusion care and support at the clinic, with occasional travel to other centers
• Deliver infusions or injections according to prescribed protocols and maintain clinical inventory
• Onboard new Medicare patients and ensure compliance through chart audits and patient education

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care
• Strong clinical judgment with IV therapy experience preferred
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Experience with Medicare documentation and quality/compliance processes preferred
