Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work remotely to deliver medication for opioid use disorder, independently managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and initiate buprenorphine treatment for patients in a fully remote outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care aligned with harm reduction principles
• Empower patients through shared decision-making to achieve their recovery goals

Required qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia or another specified state
• At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
• Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
• Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
• Commitment to harm reduction and compassionate care principles
