Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nursing Adjunct.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a learning environment that facilitates student knowledge and skill acquisition
• Deliver instruction aligned with course learning outcomes and provide timely feedback on student performance
• Hold office hours and engage with students outside of class to support their learning

Required Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse with a current, unrestricted license in Virginia
• Minimum of five years of nursing patient care experience, including three years of acute care nursing experience
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Experience in curriculum development in nursing education
• Basic understanding of strategies promoting student retention and success at the community college level
