Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time Virginia Licensed Occupational Therapist will conduct therapy sessions and evaluations, develop care plans, and educate caregivers, primarily working remotely with potential in-person opportunities as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
• Diagnose and develop care plans addressing developmental needs, including fine motor and sensory processing
• Educate caregivers on adaptive strategies and therapeutic tools to support long-term outcomes

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent)
• Active, unrestricted OT license in Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Pediatric experience, including evaluations and interventions in developmental areas
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate private workspace
