Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Virginia Licensed Occupational Therapist will provide remote therapy sessions for a diverse pediatric population, develop care plans, and ensure accurate documentation while enjoying flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients
• Diagnose conditions and develop individualized care plans using clinical tools
• Complete documentation accurately and participate in team communication and training

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent)
• Virginia state license in Occupational Therapy or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency with teletherapy platforms
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
