Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time Virginia Licensed Occupational Therapist will provide remote therapy sessions and evaluations, develop care plans, and engage caregivers in the therapeutic process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable's clinical tools and platform
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time while participating in required training and team communication

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number
• Licensed in Virginia or willingness to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
