Virginia Licensed OTP Counselor

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and motivated Virginia Licensed OTP Counselor, the fully remote position will provide virtual counseling, education, and recovery support services to patients in Petersburg, Virginia, as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team focused on substance use recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary counselor for patients receiving opioid treatment services
• Conduct virtual individual, group, and family counseling sessions
• Develop and maintain individualized Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) for patients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active Virginia licensure/certification in LCAS, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or CSAC
• Experience working with substance use disorders or behavioral health preferred
• Strong documentation and telehealth technology skills
