Virginia Licensed Paralegal Specialist
Job Summary
Providing substantive litigation support, the full-time Virginia Licensed Paralegal Specialist will assist Client Legal Services attorneys with the preparation of pleadings, motions, and trial materials while managing litigation files and coordinating expert evaluations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation
- Support multiple Client Legal Services attorneys
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal experience with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys and managing a high-volume caseload
- Demonstrated knowledge of litigation procedures, including pleadings and court filings
- Strong intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with legal case management and e-filing systems preferred
