Virginia Licensed Partner Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to support large-scale government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead partnerships with a large team of CTA members and subcontractors
• Act as Deputy PM, supporting overall program leadership and execution
• Facilitate Executive Steering Committee meetings to ensure alignment and progress

Required Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree in a related field
• Experience: 10+ years of project/program management experience, preferably within DoD environments
• Certifications: PMP required; Agile Scrum certification preferred
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and compliance requirements
• Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is mandatory
