Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Payroll Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Oversee month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare audit schedules and support financial audits and variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience with technical accounting principles under US GAAP
• 6+ years of experience in payroll processing
• 2+ years of experience with Workday Payroll / OneSource Virtual (OSV)
• Experience with general ledger accounting systems
