Virginia Licensed Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve payroll processing and prepare payroll runs as needed
• Reconcile payroll to quarterly tax reports and maintain payroll records
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements and maintain payroll guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 2+ years' experience supervising a payroll department
• 6+ years' experience overseeing end-to-end multi-state payroll processing
• Experience with quarterly reconciliations of gross wages to Form 941 tax filings
• 2+ years' experience with JAMIS software or similar DCAA compliant software
