Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely and accurate processing of semi-monthly multi-state payroll for over 800 employees
• Supervise and develop payroll specialists while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Coordinate payroll activities, manage software implementations, and handle confidential payroll information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of Finance/Accounting experience, including 5+ years managing multi-state payroll
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
• Experience with ADP payroll software is essential
• Familiarity with government contracting is a plus
