Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist (VA License) - Part Time Evenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual, evidence-based mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to K-12 students
• Conduct initial mental health assessments and create individual treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with care management teams and maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Required Qualifications

• Licensed without restrictions as a LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia and the state of residence
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
• Ability to obtain a Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire
• Strong technological skills and experience with digital documentation
• Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or others is a plus
