Virginia Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for new patients, the full-time Virginia Licensed Pharmacy Technician will guide them through onboarding by conducting telephone and video consultations, gathering medication history, and reconciling prescriptions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new patients through the onboarding process via phone and video consultations
• Conduct comprehensive medication history interviews and reconcile prescriptions
• Educate patients on pharmacy services and coordinate prescription transfers

Required qualifications

• Active Virginia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
• 3 or more years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting with direct patient interaction
• Proficiency with pharmacy software and general computer applications
• Availability to work a full-time 8.5-hour shift, Monday through Friday
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship
