Job Summary
Serving as the first point of contact for new patients, the full-time Virginia Licensed Pharmacy Technician will guide them through onboarding via phone and video consultations, conduct medication history interviews, and prepare them for a smooth start with the pharmacy in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medication history interviews and reconcile prescriptions for new patients
- Educate patients on pharmacy services and synchronize medication regimens
- Document patient information accurately in the pharmacy management system
Required qualifications
- Active Virginia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
- 3 or more years of experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting with direct patient interaction
- Proficiency with pharmacy software and general computer applications
- Availability to work a full-time 8.5-hour shift, Monday through Friday
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship
