Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services and support digital services with appropriate documentation
• Develop regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services while collaborating with other departments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Physical Therapist License in VA, NC, MO, WI, or Compact PT License-eligible
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience providing Digital Health Services is preferred
• Willingness to obtain PT licensure in other states as needed
