Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physical Therapist 1 to join their team in Annandale.

Key Responsibilities

• Document evaluation results, daily progress notes, and discharge notes according to department policy
• Communicate with families, physicians, and healthcare team members to facilitate effective treatment plans
• Provide educational materials and methods tailored to the patient's understanding and involve families/caregivers in education

Required Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification upon start (American Heart Association)
• Virginia Physical Therapist licensure upon start
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred (1 year not required)
• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy; Master's degree preferred
