Virginia Licensed Physical Therapy Adjunct

Job Summary

To support a growing educational program, the part-time Virginia Licensed Physical Therapy Adjunct will teach courses, engage with students in various learning environments, and provide timely feedback on student performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Create a learning environment that fosters student knowledge and skill acquisition
• Deliver instruction aligned with course learning outcomes and employ active learning strategies
• Conduct assessments of student learning and hold office hours for student engagement

Required qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from a CAPTE-accredited institution
• Licensed in Virginia as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant
• Two or more years of clinical experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in an electronic format
