Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for autonomous practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth and formulate evidence-based diagnoses
• Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe psychotropic medications, and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with therapists and care teams for coordinated treatment and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
• Active, unrestricted Virginia PMHNP license & DEA
• Board Certification (PMHNP-BC)
• Experience with or passion for working with youth and families
• Comfort practicing in a telehealth environment
