Job Summary
Seeking a Virginia Licensed PMHNP, the part-time to full-time position will provide telehealth psychiatric services, including conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and managing medications while enjoying clinical autonomy and flexible scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications while monitoring client progress
- Coordinate care with therapists and other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate electronic health records
Required qualifications
- Current Virginia PMHNP license with autonomous practice authority
- Active DEA registration and prescriptive authority through the Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine
- Experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth technology
