Job Summary

To support the LOCERI/LTSS Waiver program, the full-time Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse will coordinate and implement the EPSDT Member Outreach Program, ensuring compliance with health screenings and vaccinations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) Member Outreach Program
• Manage data entry and monitoring of reports to enhance utilization of EPSDT services and maintain tracking systems for compliance
• Provide complex case management for members with special healthcare needs and conduct community engagement to promote EPSDT awareness

Required qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Virginia or Compact/Multistate preferred
• Associate's degree in Nursing preferred; Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience accepted
• Minimum of 3 years of Managed Care experience required
• Experience in Case Management and Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) waiver preferred
• Strong understanding of EPSDT and childhood health initiatives preferred
