Job Summary

Seeking a Virginia Licensed Principal Electrical Engineer, the full-time remote position will lead complex electrical design efforts for high-profile projects, serving as a technical authority and mentor while ensuring innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for electrical design, setting technical direction and ensuring design excellence
• Oversee complex electrical system design and calculations for power distribution, lighting, and control systems
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while mentoring junior and mid-level engineering staff

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional electrical engineering design experience in the construction industry
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (Electrical) required and in good standing
• Demonstrated experience acting as Engineer of Record (EOR) for electrical systems
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
