- Identify and analyze operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Implement data-driven methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma, to streamline workflows and reduce waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and monitor process enhancements, ensuring sustainability of improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB) certification is highly preferred
- Five years of experience in process improvement or healthcare management is required
- Health plan experience is highly preferred
