Job Summary
Offering a remote contract position, the Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor will provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working towards full licensure while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise associate-level clinicians according to professional judgment and board requirements
- Guide associates through the licensure process while ensuring compliance with Medicaid guidelines
- Manage clinical documentation and treatment planning using EHR systems and digital tools
Required qualifications
- Valid LPC license in good standing in Virginia with board approval for clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Counseling
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
