Virginia Licensed Program Director

Job Summary

Leading a federal IT program management engagement, the full-time Virginia Licensed Program Director will serve as the IV&V Lead, managing project deliverables, interfacing with federal clients, and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative and manage all contractual communications
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Project Schedule and prepare the Project Management Plan incorporating PMBOK-based controls
• Chair weekly IV&V status meetings and provide briefings on project status and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of federal IT program management experience, including 5 years in an IV&V or independent oversight role
• PMP certification is required
• Experience as the lead contractor or Program Manager on a federal civilian agency IT program
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver federal contract deliverables, including Project Management Plans and Monthly Status Reports
