Working remotely in a full-time capacity, a Virginia Licensed Property & Casualty Agent will assist members with their insurance inquiries, providing expert guidance on personal lines insurance products without engaging in sales.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with members via phone, email, and other channels to assist with quotes, billing inquiries, and policy changes
- Build rapport by understanding member needs and offering accurate solutions to minimize transfers and escalations
- Process insurance transactions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Required qualifications

- At least 6 months of customer service experience required
- Must have an Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
- Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy
