Job Summary

A company is looking for an Independent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for Telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete intake assessments for new clients and progress notes in EHR
• Prescribe and manage medications, monitor psychiatric stability, and request labs as needed
• Collaborate with therapists and communicate with the administrative team for effective client care

Required Qualifications

• Current Virginia Board of Nursing license with prescriptive authority
• Current DEA registration
• Experience in diagnosing and treating psychiatric and mental illnesses
• Proficient in using technology and software for medical responsibilities
• Experience in documenting medical records and interacting with patients regarding clinical issues
