Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchase Processor - VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase closings by communicating with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and title companies
• Review contracts and title binders, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and compliant with state requirements
• Schedule closings, balance figures on settlement statements, and follow up on post-closing documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional education or training in real estate, finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in real estate, title & escrow, or mortgage lending preferred
• Virginia Real Estate Title experience preferred
• Proficiency with relevant software and technology
