Virginia Licensed Quality Improvement RN

Job Summary

To enhance clinical quality functions, the full-time Virginia Licensed Quality Improvement RN will coordinate the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of health plan initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage critical incident investigations and special projects as directed by DMAS and CMS
• Develop and evaluate specialized studies focused on high-risk and high-cost areas
• Collaborate with Clinical Care Services to improve health outcomes for chronic diseases

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or LPN Diploma in lieu of an associate's degree
• 3 years of quality improvement experience
• 3 years of regulatory and accreditation experience
• Nursing background in various settings preferred
• Health Plan experience preferred
