Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Account Manager (Sleep Medicine).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and building strong relationships
• Monitor and analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and implement solutions for optimization
• Develop action plans for financial improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing/customer success RCM/billing role
• Thorough understanding of Sleep Medicine specialty billing requirements
• Experience with denial management and process improvement
• Recent experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) software
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, pivot tables, and v-lookup
