Virginia Licensed Referral Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate referrals, including patient visits, testing, procedures, and surgeries
• Maintain knowledge of clinical information systems for scheduling and registration functions
• Provide administrative support and assist with data collection, medical record management, and report completion

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and 4 years of experience required
• Experience in a healthcare practice setting preferred
• Virginia MLTSS (UAI) Certification required to complete orientation and must be maintained throughout employment
• Advanced computer skills with knowledge of software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Excellent organizational skills required
