A company is looking for a Virginia Remote Online Notary Real Estate Signing Agent - Independent Vendor.

Key Responsibilities

Verify signer identities using approved remote identification methods
Review real estate documents for completeness, accuracy, and legal compliance
Conduct live real estate RON sessions while ensuring compliance with state-specific laws

Required Qualifications

Minimum six (6) months of active Remote Online Notarization (RON) experience
Minimum one (1) year as a commissioned Notary Public
Demonstrated experience notarizing real estate documents
NNA Signing Agent certification
Errors & Omissions insurance with minimum $100,000 coverage
