Job Summary

Virginia Licensed Revenue Specialist, responsible for analyzing VA claim payments, researching medical records, and ensuring prompt reimbursement, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate Veterans Administration claim payments using proprietary software
• Research and acquire medical records to support hospital claims submitted to the VA
• Conduct follow-ups with payers to ensure claims are processed and reimbursed promptly

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4+ years of experience in healthcare billing or collections
• 2+ years of client-facing or customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience with VA billing and collections required
• Intermediate understanding of insurance claims processing and government benefit programs
