Virginia Licensed RN Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of case managers, the full-time Virginia Licensed RN Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure quality service, and provide educational support for the Partners in Pregnancy and Member Engagement teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and coordinate work for the Integrated Care Management team
• Facilitate ongoing competency assessments and educational offerings for case management staff
• Provide case management services and participate in team activities as needed

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required
• 3 years of experience in Case Management is required
• Registered Nurse (RN) License (Compact or Virginia) is preferred
• Experience with low and high-risk pregnant populations is highly preferred
• Supervisory experience and familiarity with NCQA guidelines are preferred
