Job Summary

Overseeing a team of 15 direct reports, the full-time Virginia Licensed RN Supervisor will manage daily operations in Integrated Care Management, providing leadership and educational services while participating in case management activities remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and facilitate the work of assigned team members in the Department of Medical Care Management
• Conduct ongoing competency assessments and provide educational offerings to case management staff
• Assume accountability for quality and service coordination in daily operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required
• Registered Nurse (RN) License (Compact or Virginia) is preferred
• 3 years of experience in Case Management is required
• Specialty certification in Integrated Care Management is required within one year of eligibility
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) or Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) is preferred
