Virginia Licensed RN Supervisor

Job Summary

Assuming leadership for daily operations, the full-time Virginia Licensed RN Supervisor will manage the Preauthorization Imaging Team remotely, overseeing work coordination, quality assurance, and providing educational services while participating in case management activities as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and facilitate the work of assigned team members
• Lead ongoing utilization management and needs identification efforts
• Provide educational services to Medical Care Management staff and participate in case management as required

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Valid RN license in Virginia
• Minimum of 3 years of Case Management/Utilization Review RN experience
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Specialty certification required within one year of eligibility for Integrated Care Management departments
