Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAR Business Development Leader to drive innovation and expansion in their Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and oversight across multiple project teams
• Guide cross-functional collaboration to align project delivery with strategic goals
• Mentor and train new engineering staff while participating in strategic business development plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialty areas
• Advanced proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office
