Job Summary

Virginia Licensed SAR Business Development Leader is a full-time position responsible for providing engineering leadership, guiding project teams, and driving strategic business development in the Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and oversight across multiple project teams
• Guide cross-functional collaboration to align project delivery with strategic goals
• Participate in strategic business development plans to expand SAR services nationally

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialty areas
• Advanced proficiency in engineering and modeling software
