Job Summary

Virginia Licensed SAR Business Development Leader, responsible for providing engineering leadership, guiding project teams, and expanding SAR services in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering oversight and ensure technical excellence across multiple project teams
• Guide collaboration between engineering, business development, and project management to align project delivery with strategic goals
• Mentor and train new engineering staff while participating in strategic business development plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialty areas
• Advanced proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office
