Job Summary

Virginia Licensed SAR Business Development Leader, responsible for leading engineering teams and driving business development in the Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation practice, working full-time in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and oversight across multiple project teams
• Guide collaboration between engineering, business development, and project management
• Prepare technical proposals and external presentations for clients and regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialty areas
• Advanced proficiency in engineering and modeling software
