Key Responsibilities

Leading and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coaching teams on Agile best practices and driving continuous improvement
Removing impediments and managing risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in large enterprise environments
15+ years of total experience in a project environment with significant enterprise exposure
Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification; SAFe Scrum Master preferred
Strong experience with Agile metrics and team performance analytics
Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools
