Virginia Licensed Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Manager to lead and manage the Security Operations team in enhancing cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage incident response
• Maintain day-to-day security activities, including firewall rule adjustments and eDiscovery
• Ensure the effectiveness of security monitoring and detection tools

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in information technology or related area, or Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience in cybersecurity, particularly in security operations and incident response
• Proven experience managing distributed team personnel
• In-depth knowledge of security monitoring and detection tools
• Strong project leadership and management skills
