Job Summary

A company is looking for a Self-Sufficiency Specialist III - Senior Employment Services Worker.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized services and counsel clients on program eligibility and service plans
• Coordinate activities with ancillary agencies and maintain records throughout clients' service relationships
• Coach and mentor staff, and interpret agency programs to community groups and associations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma with experience in benefit programs and related training
• Considerable experience in the assigned program area
• Possession of a valid driver's permit issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Experience utilizing computer software and hardware related to social services
• Possession of a BSW or MSW degree is desirable
