Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Examiner - Construction Defect.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of moderate to high complexity Construction Defect claims
• Perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis on all claims assignments
• Negotiate settlements and provide exceptional customer service to insureds, claimants, and attorneys

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of Construction Defect claims handling experience
• Adjuster license and/or certifications preferred
• Moderate to advanced knowledge of the P&C insurance industry
• Ability to successfully obtain required state adjusters' licenses within six months of training
