Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contract Reviewer to manage complex research agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and execute complex clinical and non-clinical research agreements
• Independently resolve complex contractual and regulatory issues while ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations
• Support research compliance, study activation, and continuity while mitigating institutional risk

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and extensive experience
• 3-5 years of progressive professional experience in research administration focused on complex contracts
• Proven ability to analyze and apply regulatory and contractual requirements
• Advanced experience with research administration systems or comparable databases
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
