Key responsibilities
- Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of high-complexity research agreements, ensuring alignment with university policies and sponsor requirements

- Mentor junior contract reviewers and support training initiatives to enhance institutional contracting capacity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and extensive experience
- 3-5 years of progressive professional experience in research administration, focusing on complex contract negotiation
- Proven ability to analyze and apply regulatory and contractual requirements, including federal, state, and local laws
- Advanced experience with Research Administration Management Systems (RAMS-SPOT) or similar electronic databases
