Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on supermarket refrigeration systems and temperature-controlled merchandisers under supervision
• Assist in preventative maintenance tasks, including compressor changes and leak searches
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage truck inventory while developing customer relations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• External Candidates: 2 years of field experience or 0 years with a Technical School Certification
• Internal Candidates: 1 year as a General Laborer with completion of on-the-job training and skills assessment
• Basic understanding of refrigeration systems and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to safely handle refrigerants and hazardous materials
• Knowledge of temperature and pressure charts
