Job Summary

To support the expansion of customer service products, the contract Senior ServiceNow CSM Developer will lead the design, build, testing, and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements, focusing on Customer Service Management, while working remotely with occasional onsite meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ServiceNow enhancements and new capabilities focused on CSM
• Collaborate with product owners to define requirements and create scalable solutions
• Mentor junior developers and ensure quality standards through code reviews and support for DevSecOps practices

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software design/development experience with enterprise applications
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow CSM module
• Strong scripting and configuration skills in ServiceNow (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts)
• ServiceNow Developer and Administrator Certifications required
