Virginia Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, a Virginia Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist will provide remote speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with educational staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop individualized therapy plans and provide direct therapy services targeting various speech and language skills
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' communication goals and monitor their progress

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current ASHA certification required
• Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
• Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology
