Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Attorney (NIV) to manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based non-immigrant visas in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based non-immigrant visas and associated filings
• Supervise a team of paralegals and effectively manage client relationships
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents to support client requests

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a business immigration attorney
• U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) and member of a state bar in good standing
• Ability to manage complex case strategies and understand nuanced immigration law concepts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and immigration case management systems
